Erik Arriete

Mr. Arriete was born and raised in Miami, Florida, has been employed in the legal field since 1998, and has been practicing law since 2009. Mr. Arriete counsels clients on all aspects of family law from commencement through trial and has successfully represented clients in divorce, paternity, child support, name change, and dependency matters. Mr. Arriete also has experience in immigration, criminal, personal injury, auto accident, property insurance litigation, and slip and fall matters, as well as real estate transactions and litigation, wills, commercial disputes, and foreclosure defense. Mr. Arriete holds a B.B.A. majoring in Finance from the University of Miami, where he graduated with honors in 2003, and a Juris Doctor degree from Florida International University College of Law. He is a member of the Florida Bar, the Florida Bar Family Law Section, the Cuban American Bar Association, and the Dade County Bar Association, and has been recognized by his peers for his excellence and achievements in Family Law as evidenced by his election to the SuperLawyers Florida Rising Stars list for Family Law from 2017 through 2021.
